Coffee For A Year Giveaway - Official Rules and Legal Disclaimer

1. No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is necessary to enter or win this sweepstakes.

2. Eligibility: The "Coffee For A Year Giveaway" ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Citizens Coffee and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins on August 20, 2024, at 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on August 27, 2024, at 11:59 PM ET ("Sweepstakes Period"). Entries received outside the Sweepstakes Period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter: To enter, participants must:

• Tag one person on the official Instagram announcement post where the Sweepstakes is declared.

• Complete the entry form available on the Citizens Coffee webpage associated with the Sweepstakes.

5. Prize Description: One (1) winner will receive a 12oz bag of Citizens Coffee delivered to their provided address once per month for twelve (12) months. The total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the prize is $240.00. No substitution, assignment, or transfer of the prize is permitted, except by Citizens Coffee, who reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The random drawing will take place within five (5) business days following the end of the Sweepstakes Period. The winner will be notified via the email address provided in the entry form. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days of notification, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.

7. Sponsor: There is no third-party sponsor for this Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is solely sponsored and administered by Citizens Coffee.

8. General Conditions: Citizens Coffee reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Citizens Coffee's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Citizens Coffee in its sole discretion. Citizens Coffee reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

9. Void Where Prohibited: The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure that participating in this Sweepstakes is legal in their jurisdiction.
